What is a callout charge and why do I have to pay it?
Unexpected and urgent work disrupts our regular schedule. Attending storm damage and emergency work requires us to investigate what has happened, determine/locate additional equipment needed and establish on and off site. Callout fees and charges are directly related to covering the hidden costs associated with providing an immediate response so that we can be there when you need us the most.
