I engaged RoyalTree to remove a large decayed blue gum and dead larch tree that were hanging over a classroom and potentially very dangerous.

The two arborists (Tom and Simon) who turned up to do the work arrived on time and got straight to work once they had worked out a plan. Their work ethics were excellent, they had a great skill set and left the site in a very tidy state with the trees cut to manageable chunks and the slash mulched and left in a pile.

I would definitely use RoyalTree again.

It was late August 2013, we were nearing the completion of a build on our new section. Across the street hiding a spectacular view of the Shotover River & canyon were a large amount of mature sycamore trees on a challenging slope.

Having lived next door to Jimmy previously I knew he had experience with large trees so I approached him.

He came to view the site and instructed me on what would need to be done, also permissions required by Department of Conservation.

He promptly returned an estimate via email which we thought was very reasonable. Once we had the required permissions & outlines to follow Jimmy commenced work.

He managed the project very professionally, going the extra mile to deliver & exceed our expectations. He left the site clean & tidy even though the slope was a much larger gradient than initially thought.

The invoice was received which matched the estimate supplied, wood was cut & stacked on our section which kept us warm winter 2014.
